Puhujaesittely, Maria Bragesjö

Maria Bragesjö, PhD, is a clinical psychologist and researcher at Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm, Sweden. Her work centers on developing and evaluating innovative treatment approaches for PTSD and complex PTSD, with a particular focus on therapist-guided internet interventions and intensive therapy formats. She leads several clinical trials aimed at increasing access to evidence-based care, especially for migrants and individuals with severe or complex trauma presentations. Dr. Bragesjö is also a certified trainer in prolonged exposure therapy and plays a key role in the development of a new center of excellence for PTSD in region Stockholm, Sweden.
